Stake PH Terms and Conditions —
Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the Stake PH platform available at stakeph.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stake PH.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use the Stake PH platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To open a Stake PH account and participate in any form of betting or gaming on the platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
• You are not a person who has been excluded or restricted from gambling under any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person.
• You have not previously had a Stake PH account terminated due to a breach of these terms.

Stake PH reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended until the matter is resolved.

2.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with applicable regulations, Stake PH conducts identity verification checks on all accounts. You will be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. KYC completion may be required before your first withdrawal is processed. Failing to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3. Account Rules

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Stake PH account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same household — is strictly prohibited. Stake PH employs detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Stake PH will never ask you for your password via email or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact support immediately. Stake PH is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration and throughout your use of Stake PH must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information, including false dates of birth or identity documents, is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account termination.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on Stake PH are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). There are no hidden currency conversion charges. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your betting balance.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

Stake PH accepts the following payment methods:

• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards

4.3 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on your verification status and the payment method used.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Stake PH does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on Stake PH are subject to the specific rules of the sport or game in question. These rules are accessible from the relevant game or market page. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

5.1 Bet Placement

A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. Bets that have not been confirmed due to a technical error or connectivity issue are not valid. Stake PH is not liable for bets that were not transmitted or confirmed due to circumstances beyond the platform's control.

5.2 Errors & Obvious Mistakes

Stake PH reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly posted in error — for example, due to a data feed failure or a typographical mistake. In such cases, the stake will be refunded to your account. Stake PH will make every reasonable effort to identify and correct pricing errors before markets open.

5.3 Postponed and Cancelled Events

For sports betting markets: if an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets remain valid unless stated otherwise. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled beyond 48 hours, stakes are refunded. For live in-play markets, outcomes are determined by the state of play at the time of settlement unless otherwise specified.

5.4 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm your stake. Stake PH reserves the right to limit stakes or payouts on specific markets at its discretion, particularly for accounts displaying unusual betting patterns.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions and bonuses offered by Stake PH are subject to specific terms that are stated clearly on the Promotions page at the time the offer is live. General bonus rules that apply across all promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible accounts only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, per household, or per device unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• Stake PH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts — will be voided and the relevant accounts suspended.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts.

7. Fair Play Policy

Stake PH is committed to providing a fair and secure betting environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Coluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to access the platform using VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winings obtained this way will be voided.
• Money laundering or using Stake PH accounts to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to guarantee profit at the expense of platform integrity.

Stake PH employs fraud detection systems that monitor for unusual betting patterns. If your account is flaged, Stake PH may request additional verification or temporarily restrict activity while an investigation is conducted.

8. Responsible Gaming

Stake PH takes responsible gaming seriously. Betting should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a response to personal stress. The platform provides the following tools help players stay in control:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session time limits — receive alerts or automatic logouts after a set period.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for a set duration.
• Self-exclusion — permanently or semi-permanently close your account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Stake PH platform — including but not limited to logos, design elements, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces — is the property of Stake PH or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Stake PH content without prior written consent.

The Stake PH brand, logo, and domain are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

Stake PH provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous availability and accuracy, Stake PH does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Stake PH shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data resulting from platform downtime or errors.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from the use of third-party software, browsers, or devices that do not meet the platform's technical requirements.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Stake PH.

Nothing in these terms limits Stake PH's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12. Account Termination

You may close your Stake PH account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Stake PH reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account without prior notice if:

• A breach of these terms is identified or suspected.
• Fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected.
• A court order or regulatory requirement mandates it.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in Stake PH's internal policy.

In cases of termination due to a proven breach, Stake PH reserves the right to withold all balances pending investigation.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Stake PH reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via email or an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these terms is always available at /terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account before the changes become effective.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
